APPLICABILITY OF GENERAL CONDITIONS
These general terms and conditions apply to all orders, offers, agreements and other legal relationships between the customer and Claudio Ferrici with regard to the use of the website.

FORMATION OF THE AGREEMENT
Trading in the Claudio Ferrici webshop takes place in accordance with the following conditions.
A condition for the purchase of goods in the webshop is that you agree to these general terms and conditions, which then constitute an agreement between you and Gils Investment Fund N.V.
To shop at www.claudio-ferrici.com, you must be 18 years old and have a valid payment card, which we accept. If you are not yet 18 years old, you can still purchase goods if you have your guardian’s permission or otherwise have a legal right to make the purchase.
When purchasing on www.claudio-ferrici.com, any additional payments for, for example, freight and payment card costs are first calculated immediately before payment.
Claudio Ferrici will inform the customer as soon as possible if an order is not accepted.
PRICE & PAYMENT
The prices indicated on the website are given in Euro (for Austria, Belgium, Germany, Finland, Ireland, Netherlands, Luxembourg), DKK, (for Denmark), CHF (for Switzerland), NOK (for Norway), SEK (for Sweden) ) and are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs. The shipping costs are charged per agreement. When placing the order and when confirming the agreement, the total purchase price due will be displayed.
Claudio Ferrici may adjust the prices indicated on the website from time to time without any notice being required. The prices displayed at the time of placing the order are the prices that form part of the agreement.
Payment takes place via MultiSafePay.
Via MultiSafepay you can pay via Ideal, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Dankort, bank transfer, Mister Cash, Giropay and DIRECTebanking.
For MultiSafepay you will be briefly redirected to a payment screen of these organizations.
The customer has the duty to immediately notify Claudio Ferrici inaccuracies in the payment details provided by the customer to Claudio Ferrici.
DELIVERY AND DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery takes place by GLS or DPD.

Orders placed on Friday after 12 noon will be shipped the following weekday.
After the agreement has been concluded, Claudio Ferrici will send the order as soon as possible to the address specified by the customer, provided that the full purchase price has been received by Claudio Ferrici. Claudio Ferrici strives to deliver the products within 2 days after receipt of payment.
The delivery times stated by Claudio Ferrici are indicative. Exceeding any delivery period does not entitle the customer to compensation or the right to cancel your order or to dissolve the agreement, unless the delivery period has been exceeded by more than 30 days and the customer cannot reasonably be expected to leaves the agreement intact. In that case, the customer is entitled to cancel the order or to dissolve the agreement insofar as necessary.
The risk with regard to damage or loss of the products is transferred to the customer from the moment of delivery. The risk of possible returns of products is for the customer.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer has the right to return the delivered product within a period of 14 days after receipt of the product without giving any reason, provided the product is unworn and undamaged. The customer must inform Claudio Ferrici of this in writing by email within 14 days.
The total amount will be refunded to the customer’s account within 7 days after receipt of the return shipment. All shipping costs are borne by the customer, as is the risk of the return shipment.
STATE OF THE ITEM WHEN YOU SEND IT BACK
You are only liable for any depreciation of the item resulting from treatment other than that necessary to determine its nature, properties and the way it works. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, we will consider it used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will be refunded only part or none of the purchase price, depending on the trade value of the item.
To get the full purchase amount back, you must do the same as in a physical store. You can try the product, but not actually use it.
REFUND OF THE PURCHASE AMOUNT
If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you paid back. In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this purchase amount will be deducted.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding the delivery costs associated with the purchase. The item must be shipped without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive the cancellation of your purchase.
We will make such a refund with the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly informed us otherwise. For gifts, simply give us the account number to which you want to transfer the amount.
We can wait with a refund until we have returned the item. If you regret your purchase, the item should be shipped to:

Unfortunately, we cannot offer to adjust swap orders. We therefore ask you to place a new order on www.claudio-ferrici.com.
WHAT DO I HAVE TO RETURN
You must always send a copy of your invoice so that we can see that the item was purchased at www.claudio-ferrici.com.
Items that are returned to Claudio Ferrici must be properly packaged. Label the RETURN package from the Webshop. We recommend returning goods with DHL and sending them as a package. This allows the package to be tracked and removes any doubts as to whether a package has been returned and the package can then be requested.
COMPLAINTS
The customer must inspect the product upon delivery and inform Claudio Ferrici within 7 days of receipt of any defects that are visible upon delivery or other complaints about the performance of the agreement. Such complaints must be submitted in writing, fully and clearly motivated.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Claudio Ferrici owns and retains all intellectual property rights that rest or can be established on the website. This includes the design, naming, logo, text, photos, videos, illustrations, etc.
WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
All data and images, concerning dimensions, colors, etc. of the products offered are only approximate and cannot constitute grounds for compensation and / or dissolution.
Claudio Ferrici gives a 1 year warranty on material and manufacturing defects.
APPLICABLE LAW
The agreement between the customer and Claudio Ferrici is governed by Dutch law.
If any provision of these general terms and conditions should prove to be invalid then:
the other provisions of these terms and conditions will nevertheless remain in force; and the ineffective provision must be interpreted as or converted into an effective provision having the same purport as much as possible.
These general terms and conditions can be adjusted by Claudio Ferrici. The most recent general terms and conditions will be posted on the website. The customer should always consult these general terms and conditions before using the website. If the general terms and conditions cannot be consulted via the internet, Claudio Ferrici can send the most recent copy of the general terms and conditions by email to the customer on request.
